Blue Top Communications builds, installs, and maintains private cable TV systems for the Multiple Dwelling (MDU), Home Owner Association, Hospitality, and professional office space markets.

Private cable TV systems are just that...private. They are built on the Blue Top customer site. The customer owns the network and controls the programming, adding only the channels desired for the customer's tenants. The systems are very flexible and scalable, allowing changes to the channel lineup at any time to satisfy the current tenant base.

Private cable TV systems offer a revenue-sharing opportunity, creating a new revenue stream to enhance rent collections. Blue Top allows you to pick the level of involvement that best suits your needs.
